How to Use PowerPoint Slide Sorter View Quickly

Note: Watch this short tutorial screencast or follow the quick steps that compliment this video.
1. Open PowerPoint to View Your Slides
I'm working in PowerPoint with the Simplicity PPT theme, and I've prepared a few slides here. I'm almost ready to give my presentation and I wanna check my slide order one last time.

2. Click on the Slide Sorter View in PowerPoint
To check the sequencing on my slides I'm going to go ahead and find the View tab on the ribbon. There are a number of presentation views and we're going to learn Slide Sorter View, let's enter it by clicking on it. Now, we have thumbnails for each of our slides.

3. Quickly Change Your PowerPoint Slide Order
Notice also that each of the slides have a number under them to show which order they're in. To re-sequence these slides all you have to do is click on a slide and drag and drop it into the spot that you'd like. We can click and drag and move these around as many times as we like to put the slides in the perfect order.

Finishing Up!
Once you're finished, you can simply click on Normal to switch back to the Standard View, the order we set is now saved.
